Will and Cade Hamm, twin brothers and proud Guntersville natives, have dedicated their lives to serving others as first responders. That calling has shaped who they are, men who run towards danger when other set away, guided by a deep sense of duty, discipline, and purpose.

Both Will and Cade are Eagle Scouts an Vigil Honor members of the Order of the Arrow, the honor society of the Boy Scouts of America. Each has also served as Lodge Chief of Coosa Lodge, helping lead and represent Scouts across 26 counties in North Central Alabama.  Through Scouting they developed the leadership, resilience, and character that continue to guide them today.

Their story, however, began long before the uniform. Homeschooled their entire lives, Will and Cade were raised with a strong work ethic and a focus on personal growth. They spent countless hours with their Pawpaw Jim, learning not only the fundamentals of the stock market, but also the importance of discipline, decision-making, and becoming better men.

Their entrepreneurial journey started in 2010, when they were just 12 years old. With the encouragement and support of their grandparents in Mississippi, Dot and Joe, they launched their first business cutting grass. That early experience laid the foundation for everything they have built since teaching responsibility, customer service, and the value of earning trust through hard work.

Family remains at the heart of everything they do. Today, they proudly care for their Nanny Judy, who has been a constant source of strength, encouragement, and unwavering support. She remains their rock and one of their biggest cheerleaders.

Outside of their professional and business lives, Will and Cade share a passion for Alabama football, the outdoors, and ATV riding. They Thrive on challenge and adventure, embracing a lifestyle that reflects their high-energy, "run toward it" mentality.

Stronger Together is more than just a name, it's a belief. It represents the idea that family, brotherhood, and community create something greater than any one individual.
